I want to add more Live templates to use in Pycharm that will also be saved to the IS templates repository. How can I do this?

In Pycharm go to File->Settings->Editor->Live Templates 

Inside of a group, such as Odoo or Odoo XML you can add a new template with the green + on the right.

In template text you can create variables using $variable$ to which you can define default values and such with the edit variables button. The cursor will jump between these variables when generating the template.

Use $END$ to specify where the cursor will land once all variables have been written or skipped when implementing the template.
